jyaa9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

jyaa9 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates an online casino and sports betting service accessible to players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C" or "Agreement") apply to all users who access the Platform, create an account, place a wager, claim a bonus, make a deposit, or request a withdrawal. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing the Platform and creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes; (c) you understand that all forms of gambling involve financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes; and (d) you are not on any self-exclusion register. jyaa9 reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any user at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the eligibility criteria are not met.

To register and maintain an active account on jyaa9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether arranged through jyaa9 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.

jyaa9 conducts identity verification (KYC) checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal. You must submit accurate personal information and valid identification documents when requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending balance. Age verification is mandatory and non-negotiable. jyaa9 will not process withdrawals from accounts where KYC has not been completed.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jyaa9. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods) is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jyaa9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bets, and forfeit any bonus or promotional funds held within those accounts. To open an account you must provide:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, to be used as your account identifier.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential and must not share it with any third party, including persons representing themselves as jyaa9 support staff.
• Accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth, which must match the identity documents you provide during KYC verification.
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy by ticking the relevant boxes during registration.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact jyaa9 support immediately at [email protected]. jyaa9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. jyaa9 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation.

jyaa9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers. jyaa9 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international credit or debit cards. The following payment terms apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jyaa9, although individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless jyaa9 approves an alternative in writing.
• jyaa9 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash agent fees) are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jyaa9 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that was not used for the corresponding deposit unless the original payment method is no longer available and a written request has been submitted to support.
• jyaa9 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms.

All funds deposited to jyaa9 are held in the player's account and used solely for the purposes of placing wagers on the Platform. jyaa9 does not use player funds for operational expenses. Player account balances are not interest-bearing. jyaa9 is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where conversion from another currency occurs, the applicable exchange rate is determined at the time of the transaction.

jyaa9 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be specified in the offer terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal of the bonus-derived winnings is permitted).
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and apply only to the account of the registered player to whom the bonus was issued. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• jyaa9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to their individual wagering requirements.
• jyaa9 may at its discretion void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through technical exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through any means (including using a new account, a different mobile number, or a different payment method) constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

jyaa9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or defraud the Platform or other users.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or third-party software to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in the Platform in a manner that produces outcomes that were not intended by the game design. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Opening or using an account on behalf of a person who is ineligible to hold an account (including minors and self-excluded individuals).

jyaa9 actively monitors player activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed without notice, any pending bets cancelled, and all funds — including real-money balances — subject to forfeiture pending investigation. jyaa9 reserves the right to share information with law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, and other gaming operators where required by law or where fraud is suspected.

All content on the jyaa9 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jyaa9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile any software on the Platform; (c) use any jyaa9 brand name, trademark, or logo without prior written permission; or (d) create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of jyaa9's intellectual property — including scraping Platform content, using game screenshots for commercial purposes, or operating a derivative website that mimics the jyaa9 brand — constitutes infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies. Players who believe they have encountered content on the Platform that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights are asked to report it to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, jyaa9 excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for:

• Any financial losses, lost profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the outcome of any wager placed on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, game malfunctions, or interruptions to service.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials or to notify jyaa9 promptly upon becoming aware of the unauthorised access.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any nature, even if jyaa9 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jyaa9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jyaa9 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or prices displayed, or the fitness of any game or feature for a particular purpose. Players accept that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted risk of participation.

jyaa9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and actively works to prevent problem gambling. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after the notice is first published.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact jyaa9 support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and jyaa9, the player should first contact jyaa9 support at [email protected] and allow jyaa9 a reasonable period (no less than 14 days) to investigate and respond. jyaa9 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, jyaa9 will endeavour to agree on an alternative dispute resolution process with the player. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
